Kyoto's Japanese Restraunt is my all time favorite place to eat.
Turkey Creek BBQ
Sulas Korean Food (google has old address) at 1407 S VanBuren, in Enid OK is also one of my favorites.

Was it an OnCue Express or before then? Hope you at least made it to Sushi House on Main St. The use to have all you can eat buffet for around $6.00, and they would make whatever you wanted fresh if you requested. They are still really good, but they are trying to hard to be Kyotos with the hibachi tables. If you ever make it to Kyotos, ask for Beef Tataki, it is raw beef lightly seared and cut paper thin. It is not on the menu, but they make it on request, and only if the beef is fresh.

it was a Jack Griffith's at that point. worked grave yard: lotta Tumbleweeds drunks (can't believe that place went under), strippers from across the street, and Pizza Shuttle delivery guys.

Don't remember Sushi House. Been years since I've been there. Have to try to make it thru next time I come back to Oklahoma.

Big Truck Tacos

One of the owners is the former chef of fine dining restaurant Boulevard Steakhouse. It is a pretty simple taco place with a couple taco trucks they send out around OKC.

Mr Taco in Tulsa. Burger House, again in Tulsa.

Those two are probably my favorite places to eat, as far as the smaller, not immensely popular restaurants.

Though it's a really popular place, I've heard Petes Place in Krebs is supposed to be really good.

Kendall's Restaurant in Noble (my hometown!) has a killer chicken-fried steak. Also, not really "mom & pop" but very good food in OKC: Irma's Burger Shack, Cattlemen's Steakhouse, Iguana Grill.

Ken's Steak and Ribs - Amber, OK. I prefer their steaks over their ribs, but pretty much anything on the menu is gold. They're only open Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and I've waited an hour and a half for a seat before...but honestly, it was worth it.

Taco Don Nacho - Southside OKC. I can't say enough good things about this place. The food is amazing, the customer service is great, and the amount of food you get for the money is just unreal. Try the Taco Rico plate. Oh, and if you've never had it, try the horchata.
