There are plenty of people to meet at Pace. Lots of good looking girls too, if I may add. Don't be a loner, man! Put your confidence hat on and break the ice with people. You'll regret it later if you don't do it now. I'm 18 and a junior at Fordham. If you want to hang out, PM me.

In your college!

You could also attend an NYC reddit meet up - or we could hang out. =]

Wow, didn't think anyone else from Pace was on Reddit! I'm got class today at 4:something.

Join a toastmasters group in the area. There are some university ones that don't require you to be a student to participate (e.g. Baruch, Hunter College). You can practice public speaking there and generally get experience in how people interact in the real world.

It's crappy, but a lot of places in the Financial district don't card if you look smart. This especially holds true during the summer when there are TONS of summer interns in the area.

Don't look young, and you're golden.

I can not stress this enough. If you look the part, they won't question/card you.

I went to Pace for a year (commuted), I hated it and dropped out after a year. I never made any friends and i'm still with no friends meh... I'm transfering my credits to Rutgers next year (and i'm going to dorm). Sorry for not giving advice! Just relating.

Well, what sorta stuff are you into? Anything that might make you worth bringing along to a blogger party? No hard feelings if the words "blogger party" make you gag.

in class, in campus clubs and organizations, at events, cafes or coffee shops...seriously, college is one of the EASIEST places to meet people.

I go to baruch. Usually you want to hit the parks, like union square and columbus circle is also good.

Turn to your left. First person you see. Say something akin to hello.
