I use YooTheme. They have a nice menu structure and have very good support if you need to make major modifications to them. I have renewed my subscription many times with them.

Shape5.com has always been awesome to us. I think S5 was conscripted to create the menu system for the new Joomla.

Joomlashack isn't too bad. But I mostly use Rocket Theme as well. I've tried some of the other sites, some free, some paid. They're pretty hit and miss. I'm not a coding person, so fixing and/or modifying them has been time consuming for me. If you're fluent in CSS, then it should be less of an issue.

I swear by ThemeForest. I have 3-4 themes from them that I edit and customize for many other clients. I probably have 20 sites built from those 4. Great type...I like that they pack some of the mods in the "QuickInstalls". I save a ton of time/money for their $30-40 templates.

the Bloora template on there is a godsend. I've used it on a client website and a company site and it's proven really versatile.
