I've just finished making my Hugh Laurie character which will be the Renegadest of Renegades, at least until he and Williams get it on. (no, it doesn't look a whole lot like like Hugh Laurie, the editor is a little limited and I couldn't get the wedge-head look right). I've also managed to create a believable-looking female Shepard who actually sort of matches the voice, whom I will Paragon with and manoevre into some hot girl-on-gender-neutral alien action. This way I'll have a whole plethora of viable characters with which to play ME2, when I get around to it.
