Rex 84 was the original plan by Oliver North, assigned by Reagan.

In recent years, the "FEMA" part of the plan was simply converted to Department of Homeland Security.

The camps were built under contract by Halliburton:

The author of the article that uncovered the Halliburton contracts is Peter Dale Scott, a Berkeley professor emeritus & former Canadian diplomat.

I only have anectodal evidence, but I could provide some pics. They turned a MAJOR unused (for 20+yrs) trail yard into a rehabbed-center with full on security (SUVS with rent-a-cops), state of the art security entrance, double fences with barbed-wire and tons of cameras.

Now, here is the thing- the rest of the place is DESERTED. There's no trains coming in or out and there seems to be no way this place is getting any revenue. From what I've gleaned, it is not owned by any company looking to use it for shipping/receiving/storing etc...

It's about 20 min from my house, so I could snap some photos if you want.

I traded stories with another dude in Texas that went to one and was run off by security.

The biggest red flag for me was that the barbed wire was pointed in... as in to keep people in, not out.

Please do take pictures and post them.

Yes, pleases do.

Many stories I've seen warn that they intend to use the rail system to move people around.

Which we've seen before.

Try chucking the address into https://www.nearmap.com

It should give you aerial photos dating weeks/months back :)

This is a proposal that KBR sent to the government, but the only permanent host of it I can find is infowars. Every other article I've seen discussing it links to the infowars pdf.

EDIT: I found the source of this document HERE on the site for the Procurement Technical Assistance Program as an official RFI (Request for Information) for KBR. That's actually the most legit link I've seen. The fact that it exists in PTAP means that it is a contract that the government sent out a call for bids on. As an interesting side note, PTAP is not funded strictly by FEMA. PTAP is, "Funded through Cooperative agreements between DoD and state/local entities."

I did also find this kind of spooky listing through the army's actual job page. An Internment/Resettlement specialist, but that could be anywhere in the world really.

This is probably easy to explain, but it seems odd that Alex Jones website can host documents, etc that have elements of truth and genuine conspiracy, and he is both, still alive, and able to even host these files. It's odd. Much of contemporary conspiracy literature sources back to them, but often not authored by them.

I'm curious, but wish to discuss this further, only if others are curious too.

I think he is his own worse enemy and that's why he is still around.

I'm afraid I can't take Alex Jones very seriously anymore. He is, at times, so overbearing and such a blowhard that I'm sure he has to be kidding. I suspect that he's either purposely spreading misinformation or that he's such a joke that there's no point in trying to stop him.

He stretches the facts for a story so hard sometimes, that I can hear them humming under the strain.

Like all good story tellers know though, there has to be a bit of truth mixed in with the fiction to carry the tale.
