(Disclosure: 25/M and straight, so I'm not a direct opinion, but whatever)

You look absolutely fine. You're easily a 6/10 or 7/10, and a few months of dedication in a gym would bump you up higher (7/10 or 8/10 easily)

If you have trouble with girls, it's what's on the inside that's holding you back, not outside. Confidence and all that. But don't worry, confidence comes with age and experience to those who want it.

The only thing "ugly" about this entire post is the self-depreciating attitude, honestly.

For the life of me, I can't imagine why you would call yourself ugly. A more accurate word to describe your look would be "delightful". Is that really true that most people you meet hate you? Since you are so off base about your looks, can't help but wonder if you need a reality check about that as well. You look friendly to me. You can tinker with your hair/fashion etc but you are mighty cute as you are. (yes homo).

You're above average. Maybe a 7/10. Your eyes are bad, but I'd assume that's because it was taken early Sunday morning. Oh, and I really hope you do something with that hair before you go out.

You have a baby face, which I am not into but a lot of girls are. I would suggest that you go to a good salon and get a more interesting and attractive hair cut. It will cost you a lot of money, but then you can get it duplicated at a cheaper salon. Just let the stylist do what he/she thinks will look good on your face.

You should work out more and groom yourself better though. Can't tell for absolutely sure, but you look to have some extra fat. /r/fitness is a great resource. Remember to read the FAQ. Research shows that working out is super awesome for you.

You are a good looking guy but your shirt looks really snug in the pictures. Maybe buy bigger shirts? As a woman, I like men in baggier shirts... not tooo baggy of course... but not skin tight.

You're not ugly. Just work out to get more toned. The number of girls thing can be solved with an increase in confidence. There are way uglier guys out there who get more girls so that just goes to show you how much confidence is a factor with the opposite sex.

I don't think you're okay. You said to be harsh so I'll come right out & say it: I have this strong vibe that you're gay. I know that could be totally false but I guess you just have girl-ish features. I think you should try something different with the hair too.
