I do this as my tailgate or first impression appetizer. easy to handle, decently spicy, infinitely decadent, not possible to put down.

edit: just want to add that anyone who tries this variation on the jalopeno popper will be hooked.

1 tablespoon of cajun seasoning and 1-2 teaspoons of garlic powder to about 8oz of room temperature cream cheese. Turned out great.
