It's from this recipe - http://www.formerchef.com/2010/11/15/pig-candy-bacon-peanut-brittle-and-the-good-meat-book/. I did omit the chili flakes.

I'm going to cover some of it with dark belgian chocolate tomorrow. I'm supposed to share with others tomorrow, but now I'm not so sure.

I recommend this highly; it's really fucking delicious and super-easy to make. I made a double batch and recommend you do the same.
