I would say they both words are correct but I feel these should be called Bits not Bites. It bothers me for some dumb reason seeing bites. Luckily, they look delicious!

I think it's bites because she cooks for her little one alot and I am sure that it would take multiple bites to eat it. Thus calling them bites. Well thats my out look on it anyway.

I just had this for lunch, quite tasty. I thought I'd be smart by using more bacon (longer strips, thicker cut) but I ended up having to cook it for an extra 10min to crisp the bacon (chicken wasn't so tender ;_;). I'd recommend cooking it on a wire rack for maximum crispness.
