Hey I have a bushy beard but I am 6'1 and only 185 lbs.
I recently had my ID expire and had to go in for a new one. The clerk asked, "are you still 295 lbs?" which I was six years ago. I was like "Hell no!" She smiled. It was a happy day for me too. I eat extreme amounts of bacon, but I avoid sugar at all costs except for once a month.
