You must consume bacon 12 times in a row - on 12 different yet closely spaced occasions. Become one with the meat candy.

not too long ago when i was at my parents, my mom brought home hamburgers with the bacon and cheese ground in.

the only thing bad about that is that i couldn't eat more/i ate too much!

i feel your sausage...

;-)

as it were.

I actually prefer sausage to bacon as well. Overall the variety of taste and the ease of cooking has planted me firmly in the sausage camp.

That being said, my local butcher has started selling 'steak and bacon' sausages. Yes, a sausage filled with ground up steak and bacon. If not for the price -both on my wallet and my health- that would be my preferred drug of choice.

Sausage is easier to cook? Bacon takes about 3 minutes on high heat and one flip per piece. Sausages require turning and shit and much longer cooking time.

It is the grease that gets me. The grease seems to get everywhere in the kitchen while I'm cooking it.

I need a George Foreman Grill or something like that, I suppose, but with the kitchen equipment I currently have, it'll be sausage every time.

I just use a frying pan for bacon, and then reuse the grease for anything else I want to cook in that pan.

I worked at a Boy Scout summer camp too. I hope you manage to escape one day.

Do not despair. It's a little-known fact that there is a large amount of ground-up bacon in sausage. You see, proper sausage needs a certain amount of fat content (approx. 30%). Especially with beef or other sausage, they'll use pork fat for this.

So you see, you merely enjoy your bacon in a different form. It's not even all that weird.

Bacon=The Gateway Meat. You have evolved. Congratulations.

Step 1: Bacon.

Step 2: Goto Step 1.

I think I like fried chicken better than bacon. I realized it a few months ago.

No 12 steps program for you. That is flat-our heresy. The angry mob will be along with a stake and torches shortly.

patty sausage covered with maple syrup with a couple of strips of slightly undercooked bacon thrown on top?

HEAVEN!

link sausage covered in maple syrup

FTFY.

I. freaking. love. links. and. syrup. I love bacon, but bacon is very savory/salty. A couple of links and some syrup and it's sweet heaven. Not better, just different. I'm drooling now, just thinking about sausage and bacon...

I'd have to say I love the sausage.

Also, I enjoy giving blowjobs.

I'll bet you are popular.

There's no reason bacon and sausage can't coexist. As a matter of fact, bacon makes an awesome addition to pretty much any sausage based dish.

I think it's called a breakfast sandwich.
